Archiving Policy

The Electronic Journal of Mathematical Modelling in Engineering and Digital Sciences (EJMMEDS) is committed to ensuring the long-term preservation and accessibility of its published content.

Digital Preservation

All published articles are stored on secure journal servers and are regularly backed up to prevent accidental data loss. The journal administration maintains multiple copies of journal files and databases to ensure content recovery in case of technical issues.

PKP Preservation Network

The journal intends to participate in recognized digital preservation services such as the PKP Preservation Network (PKP PN) as part of its ongoing commitment to long-term digital archiving and accessibility.

Self-Archiving Policy

Authors are permitted to archive the submitted version, accepted manuscript, and published version of their articles on personal websites, institutional repositories, and other non-commercial repositories, provided that proper citation to the original publication in EJMMEDS is included.

Permanent Access

The journal strives to maintain permanent access to all published content through its website. In the event of website migration or system upgrades, all reasonable efforts will be made to preserve and maintain access to previously published articles.

Website Backups

Regular backups of the journal website, article files, and metadata are performed to ensure the security and preservation of scholarly content.
