Any fees paid to the journal, including Article Processing Charges (APCs), publication fees, or other administrative charges, are generally non-refundable once the editorial and review process has commenced.
If an author requests withdrawal of a manuscript before the peer review process has started and before any editorial work has been undertaken, a refund may be considered at the discretion of the editorial office.
No refund will be issued once the manuscript has entered the peer review, editorial evaluation, copyediting, typesetting, or production stages, as journal resources and services have already been utilized.
No refunds will be provided after a manuscript has been formally accepted for publication or published online.
In cases of duplicate payments, overpayments, or payment processing errors, authors should contact the editorial office. Verified duplicate or erroneous payments will be refunded through the original payment method whenever possible.
Withdrawal of a manuscript by the author does not automatically entitle the author to a refund. Refund eligibility will be determined according to the stage of the editorial and publication process.
Requests for refunds due to exceptional circumstances will be reviewed individually by the editorial board. The decision of the journal regarding such requests shall be final.
